December 1, 2016 Starting today, I’d like to spare few minutes each day to take note of the things that I could be grateful about, even the tiniest one. It is scientifically proven that keeping a gratitude journal lowers stress level and eventually motivates you to be happier and leads to a better life.

I just feel that today is the right time to start since it is the very last 31 days of 2016 and also the most beautiful time of the year. I’ll be spending the whole month in Hong Kong, including Christmas and New Year which is a new experience for me. I’m kinda excited for that!
The reason why I have the intention to start this at the first place might need another post because it’s a sum of collective events that happened in the last 2,5 years living in Hong Kong. I name this ‘31 days Happiness Challenge‘ because, besides passively appreciate what I have, I’d like to actively do something that makes me happy too.
Basically, all I want to do is ending 2016 with a grateful heart while reminds everyone who’s reading this that there’s always things to be thankful for. Particularly for my friends in Hong Kong, I know we are all fighting with deadlines, packed up with finals while missing home so badly, hang on there! This too shall pass 🙂

I create a special page, called Happiness Challenge, in this blog as my gratitude journal and (hopefully) update it everyday. I might post some of them in my social media too so, please bear with me for the happiness invasion. Hopefully, it’s contagious!
“It’s not happy people who are thankful. It’s thankful people who are happy“
